We learn that it’s the day after her debut because we have Utena recalling what happened the day before.

In her gloomy state, she gets a surprise greeting from one of her classmates.

I decided to give coloring another shot since now I have Clip Studio Paint which is much better than Photoshop.

I don’t have to flat everything by hand now.

We see how long my enthusiasm lasts.

Looking up to Magical Girls: Chapter 1

What’s this a normal-looking magical girl manga about a girl looking up to magical girls and becomes one.

This looks like a warmhearted story about the power of friendship, and there is nothing sinister about it, except for the blackmail, BSMD, everyone is probably a psycho, and aliens (the least worrying thing).

Ch. 5 – Convenience Store Date

Arisa and Mari are going on a date, a convenience store date. The two women are at the store to pickup some ingredients for dinner. Before they decide to shop, they head to the book section of the store first. Looking over the manga, Arisa comes across the adult section and joyfully showcases them to Mari.
